Purchasing property


Catherine made the whole process of purchasing my property very easy from the first viewing to settlement. Not being familiar with the area she was able to recommend reliable companies for all the building and pest inspections, a local conveyancer and then assisted in recommending people to carry out works we wanted to do after settlement. Her knowledge of the local area and the facilities available was incredibly helpful. Her property manager (as it was purchased as a rental) has always been efficient and pleasant to deal with when I have had dealings with her. Reports are sent through promptly and we have never had any delays. I would not hesitate to purchase through Catherine again or have her manage any property I own. I'm just disappointed she doesn't cover the central coast so she could manage my properties there as well
